Membership and Donation Payments

Members agree to abide by Wombat Foundation Constitution 2015. Download the Wombat Foundation Constitution 2015 here

The annual term for membership is from 1 July to 30 June. Annual member fees may be paid by Pay Pal, online credit or debit card or by cheque. Fees are subject to change. Membership payments are not tax deductible.

If payment is made via Pay Pal, annual subscription will automatically be renewed on the payment anniversary. Members can cancel their current membership or automatic resubscription by logging in to their Pay Pal accounts. Queries should be made to Pay Pal not The Wombat Foundation. Members are responsible for ensuring their contact details and credit card details are current in their Pay Pal accounts.

If payment is made via online credit or debit card or by cheque, then membership may be cancelled at any time by notifying The Wombat Foundation. No full or partial refunds will be made available for the given year.

Donations $2 and over are tax deductible in Australia. Donors will receive a receipt via email regardless of payment method. For recurring donations, we reserve the right to issue one receipt for the relevant tax year (1 July to 30 June).

Credit and debit card details of payers will be kept safe by Blackbaud Payment Services (BBPS): a PCI compliant credit card processing system.
